is it possible to set a daily mailing limit per account?

Would it possible to set a daily sending limit of 10 per account so the program only continues when the limit is reset again?

I am talking about FastBulkMailer.

I would like to import 1 Million Email addresses but only have each account send 10 per day.

I want to keep the program running so it sends all emails automatically while adhering the limits.

i'd buy fastbulkmailer if this is added in next version:

1. Custom headers settings (user based)

2. Pc names rotation, like in blackhatmailer, but in blackhatmailer, it picks one name & never changes it (a bug)

based on a list of strings from users text file.
