Hi Mozie, I think we have solved the problem together? it was because there was a proxy in your IE ? After disable that proxy, it works.

Hi I bought the SpinnerChief software Elite long time ago and it said the Elite has Free Lifetime upgrades so how can I upgrade my SpinnerChief II to III? The notification point me here but I use the serial # given and it doesn't work.

hi i followed instructions as mentioned in first page of this discussion to run beta version. after running it when i enter serial no as mentioned i get an error saying its invalid.also sometimes i get network error as shown below:


the whitehatbox was showing that there is new version available of spinnerchief so when i tried to download it then an error comes as below:

Please make sure you close SpinnerChief III already before update.
